By making a reservation, submitting any payment, or signing this document electronically or in writing, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
Bello Caribe LLC (DBA Bello Caribe Travel) acts solely as an independent travel agency and intermediary, facilitating the booking and management of vacation packages and other travel services offered by independent suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and travel insurance providers. The services purchased by the customer are limited to those specifically described in the quotation, booking confirmation, itinerary, or invoice provided by Bello Caribe Travel. Package features and inclusions may vary depending on the destination, travel dates, and the supplier providing the services.
Reservations may be paid in one or multiple installments, provided the full balance is paid by the deadline established by the applicable travel supplier. Depending on the supplier’s policies and the type of service purchased, a deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a reservation. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation by Bello Caribe Travel and/or the travel supplier, subject to the supplier’s cancellation policies and applicable penalties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all reservations are non-refundable. Deposits and all payments made are subject to the cancellation, modification, and refund policies of the applicable travel supplier. Cancellation penalties, change fees, and refund eligibility vary depending on the supplier, fare type, travel service purchased, and the specific terms applicable to the reservation. The governing policies may be found in the booking confirmation, airline ticket, hotel voucher, supplier agreement, or any other official documentation issued for the purchased travel services. Bello Caribe Travel has no authority to modify, waive, or guarantee exceptions to supplier policies. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The effective cancellation date will be the date Bello Caribe Travel receives the written request.
Any request to modify a reservation is subject to availability and approval by the applicable travel supplier. Bello Caribe Travel may charge an administrative fee for processing reservation changes, in addition to any fare difference, penalty, or fee imposed by the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or other travel supplier. Changes are not guaranteed and are subject solely to the supplier’s policies. Vacation packages are personal and non-transferable unless the supplier expressly permits a transfer under its policies.
Each traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents required for travel. All travel documents must be valid and comply with the entry, exit, transit, immigration, and health requirements established by the applicable governmental authorities, including passport validity requirements when applicable.
U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents must travel using valid U.S. travel documentation. Travelers who are citizens of other countries must travel with a valid passport issued by their country of citizenship and comply with all visa, immigration, and health requirements established by the appropriate authorities.
Bello Caribe Travel is not responsible for financial losses, trip cancellations, additional expenses, denied boarding, denied entry, or any other consequences resulting from expired, invalid, incomplete, or insufficient travel documents or failure to comply with governmental travel requirements.
Baggage policies, including the number of permitted bags, weight limits, size restrictions, carry-on baggage, checked baggage, personal items, special baggage, and applicable fees, are established solely by the airline or transportation provider. Customers are responsible for reviewing the baggage policies applicable to their reservation before traveling. These policies may be found in the airline ticket, reservation confirmation, the airline’s official website, or other documentation provided by the supplier.
Bello Caribe Travel does not guarantee that any airfare includes checked baggage or additional services. Certain fares may include only a personal item or carry-on baggage, while checked baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, and other optional services may incur additional charges imposed by the airline.
Bello Caribe Travel is not responsible for baggage fees, overweight or oversized baggage charges, lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged baggage, or any baggage-related claims. Such matters are the sole responsibility of the airline or transportation provider. All baggage claims must be submitted directly to the responsible carrier in accordance with its procedures.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the airport with sufficient time before departure. Bello Caribe Travel recommends checking in at least three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights.
Customers are also responsible for informing Bello Caribe Travel of any medical condition, disability, special accommodation, or circumstance that may affect their travel arrangements. Each traveler is responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and meet all travel requirements.
Bello Caribe Travel shall not be liable if a traveler is unable to travel, must interrupt a trip, or incurs additional expenses due to illness, injury, pregnancy, pre-existing medical conditions, invalid or expired travel documents, denied boarding, denied entry by immigration authorities, lost or stolen documents, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor strikes, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, travel restrictions, border closures, flight delays, flight cancellations, force majeure, or any other event beyond the control of Bello Caribe Travel or the travel suppliers.
Bello Caribe Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance options are available through independent insurance providers and may help protect travelers against trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other covered events. Purchasing travel insurance is voluntary. Customers who decline travel insurance accept full responsibility for any resulting financial losses or expenses.
Bello Caribe LLC (DBA Bello Caribe Travel) acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent travel suppliers. Bello Caribe Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control the services provided by airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, or any other travel supplier.
Accordingly, Bello Caribe Travel shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, flight schedule changes, overbookings, hotel closures, supplier breaches of contract, baggage loss or damage, personal injury, illness, death, or any act or omission of a travel supplier.
Bello Caribe Travel’s responsibility is strictly limited to arranging and processing the travel reservations requested by the customer.
The customer acknowledges that Bello Caribe Travel fulfills its obligations once the requested travel reservation has been processed, confirmed, and arranged. In the event of any dissatisfaction regarding services provided by a travel supplier, the customer agrees to contact Bello Caribe Travel first to attempt to resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.
The customer further agrees that Bello Caribe Travel may use this signed agreement, payment authorizations, payment receipts, reservation confirmations, itineraries, emails, text messages, and any other documentation related to the reservation as evidence in responding to and defending against any payment dispute or chargeback.
The individual signing this agreement represents that they are the Lead Traveler and certifies that they have the authority to make the reservation and accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and all travelers included in the reservation, including minors where applicable.
All travelers included in the reservation shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether they individually sign this agreement.
By signing this agreement, the Lead Traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the policies regarding payments, cancellations, reservation changes, travel documentation, limitation of liability, and chargebacks.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their reservation confirmation, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, and all travel documents, as these documents may contain supplier-specific terms, restrictions, and conditions applicable to the purchased services.
In the event of an emergency during travel, customers should contact Bello Caribe Travel using the emergency telephone number provided in their travel documentation or the contact information supplied by their travel advisor.
